Ways to Order
You may call us during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. To 5:00 p.m. PST at 909-994-1123 or fax orders to 909-886-6897. . Please make sure that you have your order forms filled out correctly and we will call and confirm orders before they are shipped.
Method of Payment
We accept Cashiers Check, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Western Union . If you are paying by Cashiers check and or Money Order please make it payable to Impalamikes. If paying by Western Union please call them for wire transfer information. Personal checks will only be accepted thru . Absolutely no cash will be accepted for any order. All credit card orders will be shipped to billing address with no exceptions. CA residents please add 8% sale tax.
Warranties
All parts are warranted by manufacturer. We are not responsible for any defects due to shipping damage and neglectful handling of product. We will not honor warranty due to improper installation, neglect, accidents and competition use. Warranty applies to parts purchased only.
Returns
Should you need to return a part for exchange or refund please contact us for a Return Authorization number. Customer is responsible for the freight on the returned item. Parts authorized to be returned with be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within a 30 days of the original shipment date.
Installation
Most problems with installation can be solved by calling our customer service department at 909-994-1123.
Oversized items
Most oversized items are able to be shipped UPS but at an oversize rate. Please contact customer service department for shipping quote on these items
Damage Claims
It is up to the consumer to check contents of items delivered to them. If there is damage you are to contact UPS immediately. Also contact our customer service department at Impalamikes so that we may take the proper steps to resolve damage claim. We are not responsible for damage claims after 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
Shortages
Please check contents of order immediately when receiving it. If there are items that are on back order it should show on your invoice. If a shortage has occurred on your order please contact customer service with 3 days of receiving the order. We will not be liable for the shortages after the 3 day period.
Foreign Orders
All foreign orders must be paid in advance before shipment of items. Due to the fluctuation in currency you must contact Impalamikes for freight fees and shipping rates.
Alaska and Hawaii
All orders will be shipped 2day air. All orders must be prepaid in advance before shipping. No C.O.D. orders will be accepted. UPS rates depend on items that are being shipped. Contact Impalamikes for rate quote.
Sales Tax
All outside orders are exempt from California sales tax. California residents will be charged 8% sales tax on all orders. Rates are subject to change without notice.
